Prabhakaran has created enough havoc in his life. Leading the LTTE he has done so many acts of violence in Lanka that both the native country as well as India suffered a number of losses, Rajiv Gandhi being the prime among them. Since the assassination of Rajiv Gandhi, the Sri Lankan as well as the Indian government is on a head hunt for Prabhakaran. Now Velupillai Prabakaran is shot dead and with him ends the meaningless terror.
